Fuel & Fire LLC offers:

• Online pitching courses
  
• Digital training modules
  
• Virtual pitching lessons
  
• In-person pitching instruction
  
• Video analysis services
  
• Performance training guidance
  
• Sports nutrition education and counseling
  
  

Unless specifically stated, online programs do not include individualized 1-on-1 coaching, live virtual sessions, or personalized video analysis. These services are offered separately.

2. Assumption of Risk

Participation in softball pitching, strength training, conditioning, and athletic activities carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Muscle strains
  
• Joint injuries
  
• Overuse injuries
  
• Falls or physical injuries
  

By participating in Fuel & Fire services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with athletic participation.

Fuel & Fire, its owner, coaches, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses sustained during participation, except in cases of gross negligence.

3. Nutrition & Medical Disclaimer

Fuel & Fire provides sports nutrition education and performance-based guidance.

• Information provided is not medical advice.
  
• Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
  
• Athletes with medical conditions should consult a licensed physician prior to participation.
  
• Nutrition plans are based on information voluntarily provided by the client.

4. Payments & Refund Policy

• Payment is required prior to accessing services or digital content.
  
• Digital course purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  
• Subscription programs may renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
  
• Pricing may change at any time with notice.
  

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access.

5. Lesson Cancellation Policy (In-Person & Virtual)

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson.
  
• Cancellations made in less than 24 hours will be charged the full session price.
  
• No exceptions
  
• Athletes may not return to future lessons until outstanding balances are paid.
  

Late cancellations result in lost income and prevent another athlete from filling that reserved time slot.

6. Digital Content & Intellectual Property

All website content, including but not limited to:

• Training videos
  
• Course materials
  
• PDFs
  
• Graphics
  
• Logos
  
• Written content
  
• Branding elements
  

are the exclusive intellectual property of Fuel & Fire LLC. 

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute materials
  
• Share login credentials
  
• Resell or redistribute content
  

Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

7. Video Submissions & User Content

By submitting videos or content for analysis:

• You grant Fuel & Fire LLC permission to review and analyze the material for coaching purposes.
  
• Content will not be publicly shared without parental consent.
  

You retain ownership of your submitted content.

8. No Guarantees

Fuel & Fire LLC provides structured, professional instruction; however:

• We do not guarantee specific athletic results.
  
• We do not guarantee team placement, scholarships, or performance outcomes.
  
• Results depend on effort, consistency, health, and individual factors beyond our control.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes
  
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
  
• Interfere with website security
  
• Upload harmful or malicious content
  

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fuel & Fire LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  
• Loss of data
  
• Loss of income
  
• Athletic performance outcomes
  

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 30 days.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

Fuel & Fire LLC may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
