Refund Policy
Effective Date: February 20, 2026
Fuel & Fire LLC
At Fuel & Fire LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality pitching instruction, digital training resources, and sports nutrition guidance. Due to the nature of our services, the following refund policies apply.
By purchasing services through our website, you agree to the terms below.
1. Digital Courses & Online Programs
All digital course purchases are non-refundable.
Because digital products provide immediate access to proprietary training materials, drills, and educational content, refunds cannot be issued once access has been granted.
Please review course descriptions carefully before purchasing.
2. Memberships & Subscription Programs
If you are enrolled in a recurring subscription:
- Refund requests must be submitted before completing more than 15% of the course.
- Cancellations must be made before the renewal date to avoid being charged.
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
Access will remain active until the end of the paid billing period.
3. In-Person & Virtual Lessons
All lesson payments are subject to the following policy:
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson.
- Cancellations made in less than 24 hours will be charged the full session price.
- No exceptions
- Athletes may not return to future lessons until outstanding balances are paid.
Late cancellations result in lost income and prevent another athlete from filling that reserved time slot.
4. Video Analysis Services
Video analysis purchases are non-refundable once:
- The video has been submitted, or
- The analysis process has begun.
If a video has not yet been submitted, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Nutrition Services
For personalized nutrition packages:
- Payments are non-refundable once consultation or program development has begun.
- If a client chooses to discontinue services mid-program, no partial refunds will be issued.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
Fuel & Fire reserves the right to review refund requests in rare or extraordinary situations at our sole discretion.
